This book is easy to navigate and refer to when planning PE lesson plans! I love the organization of this book. It is broken down by grade level activities and TEKS. I am also loving the games section in the back of the book! The directions on how to play games are written detailed enough to understand without taking too long to go through. If you are a new PE teacher this book will be a life saver! My student teacher is using it and she has said it is a HUGE help!
Such a great resource! This book is really great! I’m always looking for resources that can help me make sure I’m doing all I can to cover all the TEKS and my district didn’t have any sort of resource available that fit the modern TEKS so I found myself looking online all the time. It’s nice to have everything I need all in one place. If you don’t have anything that encompasses all of the updated TEKS look no further!

Great Resource for New and Seasoned PE Teachers Thank you, thank you for taking the time to organize and write a book that is so easy to use immediately. Since receiving the resource, I have been able to pull lessons that complement the units I teach and the kids have loved the new, fresh ideas. The well thought out organization of the TEKS is super helpful, as it takes time away from me trying to figure out how to weave them all into my daily and weekly objectives. A MUST Have for any PE Teacher This book, "Lesson Plans for Elementary PE" is Amazing. It is so detailed and very well organized. Everything you need for the entire year, is in this book. The author, Wendi Daniels, has already analyzed the TEKS for you. Although this is designed for Texas teachers, anyone would benefit from it. It also includes health lessons, which for me is such a positive!!! I'm beyond thrilled with this purchase. every PE department needs it! You won't be disappointed and for the money, it's a steal!
